The QET is one of Toronto’s premiere music venues, playing host to global talent, such as Adele, Nas, Arlo Parks, Bon Jovi and more. Conveniently located in Downtown Toronto, The QET sits on the west end of the Exhibition Place grounds. Renovated in 2019, with state-of-the-art sound and new seating, the venue serves as multi-use event space with convertible seating arrangements for seated or general admission floor configurations with a capacity of 2,500.The QET is currently operated by The MRG Group.
Surrounded by a deep history of Toronto’s ever changing architectural landscape. Originally a Military base, in the early 1900s, the grounds were handed over to the city to become the Exhibition. The Exhibition grounds expanded in the early 1950s, with buildings and monuments typifying the modernist style including the Food Building (1954), the Shell Oil Tower (1955), Queen Elizabeth Building (1957) and the Princess Margaret Fountain (1958).The Queen Elizabeth Theatre was designed by the renowned Architect, Peter Dickinson, who’s works also include Meridian Hall (formerly, O’Keefe Centre), the first Four Seasons Hotel and Inn on The Park in Toronto. Originally opened in 1956 and The Theatre was renovated in 2010, and most recently upgraded in 2019. Now a convertible venue with removable floor seating, the venue’s seating capacity is 1,140 and for General Admission concerts allow for 2,400. Boasting world-class sound, this venue hosts the world’s top talent and local artists alike.The building also houses the Fountainblu Banquet Centre, with 5,500 square feet of space overlooking the Exhibition Grounds to Lake Ontario.
The Queen Elizabeth Theatre is located on the grounds of the Exhibition Place. Transportation is available by public transit or by car with 8,000 parking spaces on-site.
Both TTC street car and GO Transit, commuter trains stop adjacent to the venue.

The QET has the capacity to host shows with both GA floor ticketing or seated ticketing throughout the whole venue. Please check your specific show or event tickets for layout.
The QET can accommodate patrons with special mobility needs. Please note that accessible seating is located on the main floor only. The entire main floor is wheelchair accessible, including washrooms. Access to the upper level is by stairs only.For reserved seated shows, there are accessible seats available for purchase on the main ticketing page. Accessible seating is marked on the seat map. Companion seats are complimentary.
